- All purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. No refund on booking fees, delivery fees and service fees.
- The event organiser reserves rights to cancel, reschedule, add or substitute any performer/s.
- The event organiser reserves rights to change the ticket prices, event timings, seating arrangements or venue capacity at any time.

The right to admission to the venue is subjected to the event specific terms and conditions laid by the organiser and the venue. You can get these from the event organisers or venue. These terms may include
- Having your bags searched or other possessions
- Having restricted items confiscated
- Restricting items such as alcohol and illicit drugs.
- Restricting the use of cameras, flash photography, audio and video recorders of any type.
- This will be conducted by those hired by the event organisers, event officials or venue proprietor.
- If you arrive late to venue there may be a delay in seating.
- If there are different prices available for the event, than organisers may ask for proof that the conditions are met for the different pricing at the collection of the ticket.
- If the ticket holder is found to be engaged in any form of misconduct, breaching of the terms and conditions set by the event organisers or breaking the law, the ticket holder will be told to leave the venue.
