Exchange/Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket selection. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY TICKET will be given or service fee except during cancellation or rescheduling, or relocation of an event by the organiser, or circumstances required by Live Performance Australia code of practice for Event Ticketing.
In case you have a genuine reason for not being able to make it to the event, let us know and we will forward your request to the event organisers.
The decision to grant a partial refund or transfer to a forthcoming event lies solely at the hands of the event organiser and TICKETSTALL shall NOT be responsible for it.
