If you cannot easily locate your tickets, then please first check your junk and spam folders of the email address you nominated at the time of purchase [your tickets will have been sent from the following email address: support@ticketstall.com.au]. If you are still unable to find your tickets then please do the following:
a) if the event you are attending is commencing more than 1 business day from now - please email
support@ticketstall.com.au stating the name you made the purchase of tickets under, and the event you are attending. We will then forward your tickets within 1 business day.
b) If the event you are attending is starting in less than a business day then please our Customer Service team will assist you in reissuing your tickets.
